My name is Jaclyn Parris and I am a sophomore at Speed Scientific
School at the University of Louisville. I currently am studying to be a Chemical Engineer and look forward to what the
future will bring. I love science and math, which is what brought me to where I am in academics right now. I will be Co-oping
for my spring semester at DuPont Fluoroproducts in Louisville, Kentucky. I am hoping this will give me an insight into
what my future career will be.
I am currently living in Louisville, Kentucky, which is where
I have lived my entire life. I am also a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority where I am the Vice President of New Member Education.
Being in this sorority gives me the opportunity to use my leadership skills and abilities. I also am given the opportunity
to do service with the community, and I have made lifelong friends that I know will be there for me always.
